diaro(1)
I'm using Diaro Pro. On dropbox it seems to be creating subfolders like "Diaro(1)" and "Diaro(2)" even though there's a "Diaro" folder there.
Also, I reported that all my diary entries somehow got disassociated with the folders I had linked them to.
Support have had contact with me twice, but nothing resolved. Support should understand my frustration with such simple issues not being resolved, but all I seem to get is Tea and Sympathy and precious engagement to resolve the problem. Not a happy bunny, and I've started googling around other Diary applications to see if there's anything more solid out there.
So my idea is that Diaro implement a true Support Ticket system, one where the customer is the focus, where the customer decides to close down a ticket after they are happy it has been resolved, and where tickets are inspected weekly until they are fixed, and that the support tickets are numbered too.
Currently, I have my doubts that my wishes will come true. C'mon Diaro staff, please consider your customers. I'd happily pay you a bit more dosh for a decent system.
