Diaro desktop app
Hi. I was wondering why you guys don't develop a desktop app for Diaro? I have Windows 7, for instance, and I would love it if I could download Diaro to have on my desktop, and then have it sync across the web and my other devices.
You could use Diaro Online (https://my.diaroapp.com) from any modern web browser.

Hi. When adding a new entry; in the title field I get suggestions of 5 titles that I have previously used. This can be bothersome since the suggestions appears as a popup, I have to click anywhere on the screen to remove it.
Same if I'm looking through several entries without title. Every time I switch to the next entry (without a title) the popup of title suggestions covers the text for the event, and I must remove the popup by clicking on the pop up or anywhere on the screen. The problem occurs in Windows 10, chrome (on Asus notebook) On other computers there is no popup, only when I click within the title field. -

Some of the most journal-able moments (ok, for me anyway) happen in times and places with no internet. The web app at diaroapp.com doesn't help unless you spend all your time in the city. Progressive web app maybe?

I also want a desktop version. I have experienced a security breach with dropbox and no longer wish to sync with it. I shouldn't have to restrict myself to my tablet or phone while I am using my desktop simultaneously for other things. It's inconvenient.

I just changed my samsung phone to a samsung note and unfortunately the gentleman who was transfergin my data did not transfer the app. When I reinstalled the app and logged in no documents were there. Is there anyway of retrieving that data?

I think I can say for everyone that this is one of the best ideas. It's a huge shame that they declined it.

"Declined"? Really? New user who was looking forward to a better journaling experience ... do you at least have an offline Chrome extension as Journey does??

Since I did a powerwash on my Chromebook last year, I cannot find Diaro Pro in Google Play anymore. BTW, can you guys address our concerns? I see a number of good and reasonable requests here and I don't see any of them being addressed.

Hi. In the mean time, while we wait for a Windows Store app - if you use Chrome on Windows, you can use "Settings / More Tools / Add to Desktop" which kind of simulated a window.

Hey gang, looks like the Diaro team is just ignoring our many requests for an non-browser version of Diaro for our computers.
Without saying it, they are saying, "LIVE WITH IT!" -

but some of us don't always have internet access to be able to use it through a web browser. Slow connection, etc. That's why a desktop app would be useful - for off line use!
