  1. Assign tags to multi-selected items.

    Right now we can move multiple items to a folder. If we can assign tags to multiple items at the same time, it will be great.

  2. Networking

    It would be nice to have a networking system, where users can exchange diaries or even simpler: Adding Friends / Users / Community. Or for example, intergrate to list all users who use the app ( optional to be seen or not ) and, you can mingle that way.

    A way to network with others, because as you know it Diaro is one of the most efficient apps I worked with, and a lot of people use it for different things. Imagine if, you can expand those uses to reach out to others such as a support group ( people…

  3. Spell Check

    I see it says that spell check is available, which it is, through chrome, but could it be an in-app type of check. Something more in depth. Like, a more grammatical one, not just the spelling of a word. No one likes a Grammer-Nazi but when you suck at it like me, it comes in handy. Please <3

  5. in pdf, it would be nice to group entries by month

    so no repeat "1 / September" "2 / September" "3 / September" "3 / September"....

  11. Export PDF in Japanese

    I am using Diaro in English and Japanese. Last time when I exported my data to PDF (Jul 16/2017), I could do correctly. But when I tried to export, whole Japanese part was collapsed. Did you do any update about fonts these days?

  13. Adding multiple photos is still seriously awkward on Android...

    When I try to create a new entry consisting of several pictures I never find what I'm looking for because all files appear completely unsorted. Why is there no option to use alternative albums or galleries to select multiple photos? It works fine with single entries but the other feature is almost useless except maybe the most recent ones. Also, it is still not possible to add to the correct (taken) date when sharing files from other apps with Diaro. It always creates a new entry with the current date...

    Obviously her pc has a mic and headset.
    Obviously I'd buy the pro version to support Diaro (as a second install!)

    Or sell Diaro to Google, and Google would certainly have the voice type resources.

    Since 1 January I can't view the entries of 2017. The number of entries shows in my folders my it does not appear in the folder when I open them?

  18. Sort by Word Count, by Char Count, by other fields

    Hi,

    Right now sort is only supported by date. While sort by date is useful, a date is a strictly ordered value, and there are other available strictly ordered values.

    I think other strictly ordered fields should be supported, like:

    • word count
    • character count
    • title, that is, alphabetically

    Etc.

    The UX of this feature would be either:

    • Go to your Settings to configure your active sort.
    • "Special click" (right click, double tap, long press) the sort indicator.
    • Add a second sort indicator to the UI. The first will change ASC/DESC, and the second will change type.
    • Alter the sort indicator…

  19. Export - picture missing

    When I try to export my diary into docx or pdf, all picture is missing no matter what setting I choose. This can be done without any problem until recently, only text is exported without picture, please help.

  20. Always save entry draft before automatically logging out

    If one writes some text in the web app, and then later revisits the tab and is immediately and forcibly logged out, valid changes to the entry should not be deleted.

    In particular, I'm neither alerted that half of the text of my entry will be lost, nor given a chance to preserve it manually (!!). The obvious solution to me is that the app should save any changes made before the frontend finishes logging out.

    I understand it might be harder to implement this than it sounds e.g. if you use automatic token invalidation, but as you can imagine,…
