  2. Apple Mac Version

    Hi
    It would be great if there was a version of Diaro I could use on my macbook without having to use the internet.

    I currently use DayOne for my journal, but it doesn't sync well with my android phone. I can't use Diaro on my macbook because I cant find a version that installs. So I keep using DayOne for now.

  4. add more commonly used apps to import from

    Can you add Blogger, Narrato, Path, Facebook, and other popular apps used for journaling/social diary.

  5. Formatting, bullet points, numbering (rendered consistently on all platforms)

    I work a lot with quick note-taking at work, and I am very fond of bullet points to do it. I would love to be able to use this software for that.

    I used to use Evernote for that, but their system renders differently on the web and mobile platforms. That's part of the reason I wanted to explore other solutions. Could you guys maintain formatting when rendered on different platforms if you guys choose to implement these?

  7. Create entry by Email.

    It's a reality that people like to create content by sending an email. This is why Wordpress, Evernote and a host of other services have put this feature in place. Each account is associated with a unique (resettable) email address. Text and photos can be added via email.

    This would be a great feature for quick entries!

  9. A PC app

    A PC app to systematically upload and download data to windows users, that will then synchronize between devices. Web based Diaro rely on heavy bandwidth use. Specially upload.
    -The same picture gets synced over and over every bootup of the app.
    -To automatically add a snapshot of the calls taken and sms's sent (call log) each day at a specific time.
    _google calendar sync was a great idea. add a google task integration too.
    -Needs lots of work with the sync. Maybe a differential upload and download thing with sync schedules, once a day twice a day, twice a week…

  13. Video, subfolders, multiselect, fonts

    Video: I would really love to have the option to upload video attachment to my diary notes.

    Subfolders: subfolders might be a great idea. I started using this as a simple diary to let some steam out, but now I use it for everything! I want to have a folder for recipes and then I want to make one subfolder for pizza, and then another for italian pizza, one for american pizza. This is just an example of how I would use it.
    I like it clean and there for I actually kind of need subfolders in subfolders in subfolders.

  14. Delete backup files on iPad

    I have a number of old backup files created and stored in my iPad memory. These are building up and the oldest ones need to be removed as they take up more and more memory. I want to selectively delete one or more of these backup files.

  15. Fullscreen Writing

    Hello - I use Diaro extensively on the computer for longer entries - it's the perfect journal. However, the entry box is tiny on the big screen and it would be nice for it to be fullscreen or at least a little bigger (maybe add an option for us to change it?)

  16. Template creation

    It would be nice to create a template -- for example, an exercise log, or a daily food journal, and then be able to use that template to create a daily entry.

  17. Mac offline App

    Hi, it would be great if we could have a offline app on our mac especially if internet connection is not available. I understand that the phone ones are offline, but typing on the computer is much much easier.
    Given the time we are offline, we can use the app to update our entry, and when there is internet connection, the app automatically syncs online. Something like what Day One is doing.

  19. Sub-folders

    I would like to see (customized) sub-folders added to the main folders section. IE: Entertainment would have the sub-folders of Music, Movies and T.V. or Vacations would have the sub-folders of Europe, Japan, Ship Cruises, and Theme Parks.

  20. Tag and Location management

    It would be nice if there were a way to bulk delete or reallocate tags (or locations) beneath a chosen number threshold? Have way too many tags and locations with low counts that just create clutter.
